What are lessons like at Level Up?

Absolutely. All classes take place in a secure online classroom with approved access. Only enrolled students and teachers are permitted to join, and recordings are stored safely in Parent Portal.

How long are Level Up lessons?

Ages 4–6 Classes: 30 minutes
Ages 7–17 Classes: 45 minutes
Book Clubs: 45 minutes

How many lessons do we need per week for best results?

For steady progress, we recommend at least 2 lessons per week.
The best results come with 3-4 lessons weekly, allowing children to build fluency and confidence quickly.

Can we have our lesson on a smartphone?

Lessons take place in our interactive online classroom, where children draw, write, read, and watch videos. While possible on a phone, we strongly recommend using a tablet or computer for the best learning experience.

Do I need to be present for my child’s lessons?

We recommend parents of children aged 6 and under stay nearby during lessons. For older children, parents may attend the first lesson and then allow their child to participate independently once comfortable.

What qualifications do your teachers have?

Our teachers are native English speakers who are also certified, professional educators with experience teaching children from around the world.

How can I track my child’s progress?

You can track progress through your Parent Portal, where you’ll find:

Are there homework assignments and in what format?

Yes! After each lesson, your child receives a short, fun homework activity to reinforce what they learned. All homework is available in the Parent Portal.
