Parent Portal

Usage Policy

 

 

The Parent Portal provides enrolled families access to bookings, class recordings, and account information.

1. Access

• Access to the Parent Portal is limited to enrolled families with an active membership.
• Login credentials must not be shared with individuals outside the immediate household.

2. Class Recordings

• Recordings are provided for private educational use only.
• Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, copied, distributed, or posted publicly.
• Unauthorised distribution may result in termination of membership access.

3. Bookings

• Parents are responsible for booking sessions within their active membership plan.
• Unused session credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in the membership plan.

4. Account Responsibility

• Parents are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• Any concerns regarding bookings or subscriptions should be directed to the school directly.

5. Modifications

Level Up English Club reserves the right to modify portal features and policies as needed.
