The Roadster has small rockets at the back. The rockets use air, not fuel. The air comes out very fast. Whoosh! The car goes up into the sky.
Today, lots of people are watching the car at a big test centre in Texas, in the USA. The car is jumping high. It is going over a big lorry. People are clapping and cheering. Nobody is in the car. A toy spaceman sits in the seat.
The Roadster is very, very fast. It goes from 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than one second! It has fans under the car too. The fans pull the car down to the road. The car sticks to the road like a magnet.
The car has two seats. Lots of people want this car, but it is not ready yet. Tesla wants to make it in 2028.
