Terms & Conditions Last updated: 3rd March 2026 Welcome to Level Up English Club. By enrolling in our classes, booking a session, or purchasing a membership plan, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Services Level Up English Club provides live online English speaking classes and book clubs for children and teenagers. All sessions are conducted in small groups of up to five (5) students to ensure high-quality interaction and individual attention. 2. Membership Plans & Payments Automatic Renewal: Membership plans (4-week or 12-week cycles) are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your membership auto-renewal at any time through your Member Profile under 'My Subscriptions'. No Refunds: Level Up English Club operates a no-refund policy for subscription payments. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle (the "expiration date"). Access Until Expiration: You will continue to have access to classes and credits until the end of your current 4-week or 12-week period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. 3. Booking & Scheduling Students must book sessions in advance using the Booking Calendar. Membership plans include a set number of weekly session credits. Credits reset automatically each week based on the plan start date. Unused weekly sessions do not roll over to the following week. Sessions may be booked up to 30 days in advance, subject to availability. Each class is limited to five (5) students. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Session Cancellation: Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled online via the booking calendar up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, or "no-shows," will result in the loss of that session credit. Membership Cancellation: To prevent the next scheduled charge, you must cancel your auto-renewal via the Member Portal at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. Once a renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable. 5. Free Trial Lessons One free trial lesson is available per student. Trial lessons are subject to availability and class capacity. A trial lesson does not guarantee placement in a specific class or time slot. 6. School Cancellations In the rare event that a class is cancelled by Level Up English Club, the session will be rescheduled or credited to the student’s account. 7. Class Recordings & Parent Portal To support student learning and provide transparency to families: Classes may be recorded for educational and quality assurance purposes. Recordings are made available exclusively to enrolled families via the secure Parent Portal. Recordings are for private educational use only. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, copied, distributed, or posted publicly. By enrolling your child, you consent to your child’s participation in recorded sessions with other enrolled students.Level Up English Club takes reasonable measures to protect student privacy and securely manage recordings. 8. Media & Image Release From time to time, Level Up English Club may capture screenshots, short video clips, or images from classes for educational, training, or promotional purposes. No student’s full name or personal identifying information will be published without additional written consent. By enrolling your child, you grant permission for your child’s image, first name only, or class participation to be used in marketing materials, website content, or social media, unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish to grant this permission. Parents may withdraw media consent at any time by contacting the school in writing. 9. Student Conduct Students are expected to behave respectfully and participate appropriately during sessions. The school reserves the right to remove a student from a class if behaviour significantly disrupts the learning environment. In serious or repeated cases, continued enrolment may be reviewed. 10. Technology Requirements Families are responsible for ensuring: A stable internet connection A working camera and microphone A suitable, distraction-free learning environment Missed sessions due to technical issues on the student’s side are not eligible for credit or refund. 11. Limitation of Liability Level Up English Club LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in classes, technical disruptions, or the use of recorded materials. 12. Modifications to Services or Terms Level Up English Club LLC reserves the right to update class schedules, pricing, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
